• I accept payments via Paypal and Ko-Fi for now, but I can also try and find other MOPs like Remitly or Payoneer. I can consider LBC/PalawanExpress/Bank Transfer/GCash for Philippine transactions. 50% or full upfront payment must be paid first before I can start.
• I reserve the right to use any images for personal portfolio or advertising material (i.e. commission info)
• Do not use my art for personal profit without my consent. Only commissions that were specifically made for commercial use, and with my consent, are allowed. However, use of my art for NFT purposes is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
• Using my art for use in AI image generation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, despite the prohibitions, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the commercial use fee per artwork.
• Turn-around time depends on the commission. It will range from 5 days to 1 month.
• I have the right to decline a commission depending on the circumstances.
• Just as a heads up, I sometimes stream art on Twitch, even commissions, as a way of getting myself out of laziness, even in my laziest days. If you wish to opt out of drawing your illustrations on stream, please let me know so I can exclude them in my art streaming plans.
• Canvas/image size will be as follows:
